    9. LY COUTURE FAIR USE (Fair use) As a customer with us, you have the right to order goods, try them on at home and return goods that do not fit. But unfortunately we have discovered that there is a disturbing behavior among some customers where you systematically order goods and then return almost everything, which is both bad for the environment and costly to handle. It may also be that we suspect that goods are returned after use or some other form of fraud. If we discover this type of behavior, we reserve the right to suspend a customer. The shutdown is not limited in time. As usual, we only enter into an agreement when we have sent an email with order confirmation and receipt. A shutdown does not happen randomly, and not in individual cases / occasions. It is based on many different factors in customer behavior, such as: number of purchases, number of returns, order and return composition, how to use / abuse free delivery and returns, delayed returns and alleged missing goods / returns / deliveries.

    1. Some of LYC’s goods may be covered by a guarantee. Information about any warranty period and special warranty terms for each product can be found on the Site or in these Terms.
